ROCS (Research Opportunities in Computer Science) is an innovative and interactive event designed to provide students, researchers, and faculty members a platform to explore cutting-edge research areas in computer science. The event aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, inspire young minds to pursue research opportunities, and foster collaborations across various fields of computer science and interdisciplinary studies. It is a one-day event, typically on a Saturday with 4-5 talks on multiple areas of computer science. It also may have an “Ask me Anything” session to discuss questions from the participants, talks outlining entry procedures in various institutions, and a panel discussion among the speakers.
